October at Emerald Lake Golf Club Competition
Rules of the competition:
- Play the course 4 times within the month.
- Input your scores deducting your handicap. Use this Handicap Calculator if needed.
- You can move the ball 6 inches from the lie except when on the fringe or green. (CGL rule)
- If the ball is in a hazardous area other than a bunker, you can lift and drop it within one club-length of the nearest point of relief, or play the ball as it lies.
- Have fun and don’t get too serious!
Connection:
We have a group inside our connection area that encourages the participants in this month’s competition to play the course together. Post in there when you want to play so you might get a partner or more to play the same day. Also, a WhatsApp group will be created for the same purpose.
Social:
We will host a social at the golf course restaurant near the end of the month at dusk so that golfers can hit a round and be social afterward or just attend the social. The day and time will be determined soon and sent out.
